1. Eligibility Requirements

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform.
You must not have been previously banned or terminated from the Platform for violations of these Terms.
You must not be a registered sex offender in any jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration and Security

When you register for a Wordspace Dating account, you agree to the following obligations:

Accurate Information: You will provide your real name, a valid email address, and accurate personal details. Misrepresentation of your identity, age, marital status, or intentions is strictly prohibited.
Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone.

Single Account Policy: Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or for deceptive purposes will result in immediate termination.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Wordspace Dating is a platform designed to facilitate genuine, respectful connections between individuals seeking meaningful relationships. By using the Platform, you agree to:

Treat all members with dignity and respect, regardless of their nationality, ethnicity, religion, or background.
Communicate honestly and authentically in all messages and profile content.
Use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to finding a romantic partner.
Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
Report any suspicious behavior, scam attempts, or Terms violations to our support team promptly.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Wordspace Dating. Engaging in any of these actions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action:

Harassment or Abuse: Sending threatening, abusive, defamatory, or sexually explicit messages to any user without their consent.
Fake Profiles and Impersonation: Creating a profile using another person's identity, photographs, or false information. Our multi-step verification system, including AI-powered fake profile detection, actively monitors for fraudulent accounts.
Scams and Fraud: Soliciting money, financial information, or gifts from other users. This includes romance scams, phishing attempts, and advance-fee fraud schemes.
Commercial Solicitation: Advertising products, services, or websites, or recruiting users for any business purpose.
Hate Speech and Discrimination: Posting or transmitting content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or violence against any individual or group.
Malicious Software: Uploading viruses, malware, bots, scrapers, or any code designed to interfere with the Platform's operation.
Illegal Activity: Using the Platform to facilitate any activity that violates local, national, or international law, including human trafficking and prostitution.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform-including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and compilation of data-are the exclusive property of Wordspace Dating or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform without our prior written consent. Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use it for personal purposes only.

6. Profile Content Guidelines

You are responsible for the content you post on your profile and in messages. All user-generated content must comply with the following guidelines:

Profile photos must be recent, genuine images of yourself. Stock photos, celebrity images, AI-generated images, and heavily manipulated photos are not permitted.
Profile descriptions must be truthful and respectful. Do not include false claims about your occupation, income, education, or relationship status.
Do not include contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or website URLs) in public profile sections until you have established a trusted connection through the Platform.
Content that is sexually explicit, violent, or promotes illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

By posting content on the Platform, you grant Wordspace Dating a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WORDSPACE DATING, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Wordspace Dating does not conduct criminal background checks on its users and does not verify the statements made by users in their profiles. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. You acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk and that we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user content.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Wordspace Dating, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to follow these steps:

Informal Resolution: Contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the issue directly. We will respond within 14 business days.
Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to submit to non-binding mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
Binding Arbitration: Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in the state of Delaware, United States.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware for any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with Wordspace Dating on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

9. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your account settings. Upon termination, your profile and personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Wordspace Dating reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
Engagement in prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 4.
Failure to meet eligibility requirements.
Extended account inactivity exceeding 24 months.
Actions that pose a risk to the safety or security of other users or the Platform.

10. Modifications to These Terms

Wordspace Dating reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
